A little about the MLC Centre Dental Surgery, Sydney, CBD,

In 2008 I bought the existing run down MLC Centre Dental Surgery I decided it was time to start my own business and bring together everything I had learned, I decided to bring the suburbs into the city in terms of attitude and having a friendly, family orientated environment, but also being able to offer my patients the knowledge about dental implantology and cosmetic dentistry which I had learned at the high end cosmetic reconstructive practices I had worked in, in both London and Mosman. I wanted to present this combining of dental worlds in a non-intimidating way, and also without the inflated price tags.

Some of my underlying beliefs for dentistry are;

1. We are here to help, be friendly and empathetic.
2. The cost of dentistry needs to be manageable and attainable for the general community. I want my patients to feel they have received a great service and the cost was manageable and appropriate.
3. All options need to be discussed so that our patients can make an informed decision, they need the ability to ask questions and contemplate.
4. If it were my family sitting in my dental chair what options would I offer, how would I treat them.
5. I want my patients to feel as though we are somewhat friends and our families have grown together over the years.

Dr Adam Alford graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2000 with honours. Dr Alford has worked extensively in Cosmetic and Implant Dental practices in Australia and the UK.
